As with eighth note rhythms, it is useful to practice improvising using set rhythms derived from triplets. Once again, memorize the rhythm pattern on one note, and then improvise with it. Remember when doing this type of exercise that you can use any notes you like, but the rhythm must remain the same in every bar. Here are some examples.
