The chart below lists the scale tone chords in all major keys. However, to become thoroughly familiar with scale tone chords, you will need to write out all 13 major scales and build chords on each of them, being careful to observe the correct sharps or flats for each key.
Once you know the notes in each chord, you can use any fingering for the chord that sounds good to you.
